
I’ve tried a few rhubarb pie recipes and most don’t seem to work.
The Reliable Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Mix the following:
1 egg
1 1/4 c sugar
1 T butter, melted
4 T flour

Combine the mixture with:
3-4 cups of fresh or thawed from frozen chopped rhubarb (1/2 inch pieces)
Put the rhubarb mixture in a double crusted pie shell.

Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees. Cook 50 more minutes.
