Lots of textures here. Squeaky yellow beans, grilled sweet potato with a bit of crispiness, chewy sesame bread, spinach rice vermicelli topped with a curry made with some peanut butter, tahini and biryani spice to boost flavor. Inside the curry are boiled onions, carrots and sweet potatoes.
