Tacos, our traditional anniversary food on the eve of our 179th anniversary.
Ground Soy Good and the low-salt taco spicing, cheese, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, salsa, hot peppers. (The red peppers when they start to wrinkle are hot!)
Cool down with peanut butter and chocolate frozen soy dessert (they really need a snazzier marketing title for that food)

Mmmm … looks good! I’m not fond of soy ice cream though. I do love Rice Dream ice dessert — especially the Celestial Seasonings kind.
