Cinnamon Buns

1 Sweet rolls dough recipe
50 ml butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbp cinnamon
optional: 1/4 c pecans, sprinkle of cardamom or chinese 5-spice mix

Yield: 12 buns
Rising time: 30-40 minutes
Baking time: 20-25 minutes

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface after resting step of sweet dough recipe.
Make a rectangle.
Spread softened butter over it.

Sprinkle the combined cinnamon and sugar.
Roll it up starting on the long side.
Pinch seam to seal.
Cut into 12 slices using a serrated knife.
Put baking parchment in pan.
Place cut-side up, covered by wax paper and tea towel for 30-40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
