Spinach and Cheese Bites

From two angles cause they look so purdy.

Broccoli and veggie patty grilled with cheese and Spinach and Cheese bites, a
recipe from Desert Culinary recently. The only alteration to the recipe is that I bought Old Nippy Cold pack cheese by accident instead of Old nippy cheddar. It still worked.

Refrigerator Crescent Rolls

Red quinoa, green salad with raspberry vinaigrette and the sauce is from a box, with modifications.

I boosted the flavor of it with some rehydrated, pureed sun-dried tomatoes and fried portabella mushroom.

Cinnamon Buns

1 Sweet rolls dough recipe
50 ml butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbp cinnamon
optional: 1/4 c pecans, sprinkle of cardamom or chinese 5-spice mix
Yield: 12 buns
Rising time: 30-40 minutes
Baking time: 20-25 minutes
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface after resting step of sweet dough recipe.
Make a rectangle.

Sweet Rolls Dough

1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 pakcage dry yeast
150 ml milk
50 ml sugar
1 tsp salt
50 ml butter
1 egg
1/4 cup quinoa flour
3 to 4 cups wheat flour
Put yeast in bowl with warm water and a teaspoon of sugar.

Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter until warm.

Big portabella mushrooms, broiled with torn brie over them. Topped with fresh-ripped basil when they get out of the oven.

Soup and Salad

Cream of [well, skim milk of] cauliflower soup, mixed green garden salad with honey-mustard dressing, and tart-sized cheese quiches (made with brie, mozzarella and green onion).
