Stir Steam

Egg noodles under a stir fry stream of zucchini, broccoli, onion carrots and So Soya Strips marinated in Home Gourmet Szechuan Spicy Spareribs marinade (spirit vinegar, sugar, soybean oil, sesamem seed, chilli, pepper, garlic, soya sauce, herbs, spices, caramel)

Carrot Caring

Baby carrots, mashed potatoes with grated cheddar over it beside asparagus and peanut satay for so soya ground veggie.

Upsidedown Apple Pie

This is an experiment that worked.

Spicy Bean and Lentil Night

4-bean salad: half a lemon, olive oil and vinegar to balance with chickpeas, kidney beans, romano beans, black-eyed peas, daikon, onion, celery.
Uduk basmati rice with extra ginger, garam masala and saffron
1/2 cup brown lentil, 1/2 cup red lentil with cumin, coriander, turmeric and curry

Cabbage and Creme Brulee

Cabbage salad with grated carrot, daikon (Japanese radish), onion, mayo and anise seed.
