Orzo Oh So Pleasing

A bit of white mushrooms reduced down in butter and water to top orzo and some simple green beans.

Under 10

Pesto Pizza

Pesto pizza made from some low fat mozzarella and cremini mushrooms.

Faggotini

Faggotini with parsley, broccoli stirred with cashews and a dash of rice vinegar, hot sauce beside corn cob.

Muted Palette of Veggies

Leek, green onion and cauliflower soup beside potato gnocchi with havarti grated over it.
And boiled veggies (cauliflower, celery and sweet potato) too. [Yikes, writing that it looks like starch overload.]
