Swiss Apple Breakfast Loaf

This recipe is at Dairy Goodness except I added 1/4 hemp seeds and more wheat bran than whole wheat flour proportionally.

Getting ready the flour well and butter and sugar.

Lentil Soup

I sliced some small potatoes and tossed them with sage, thyme and oregano. Baked and then grilled with a little sea salt sprinkled over them. Crumbled on top of the soup to serve was some feta.
Beside it is lentil soup made from red lentils, chopped potatoes, onions, celery, chopped carrots and some curry.

Microbaked red potatoes, yellow wax beans and broccoli with a honey-soy sauce and cashews topped with sliced almond.

Peanut Stay Pleasing in Satay Peas-ing

Orzo is under that peanut sauce with hot pepper flakes, hungarian paprika, Chinese 5-spice and curry mixture. Peas stirred in make burst to the teeth and boiled mushrooms another texture and relief/respite from the spice heat.

A round meal of wild mushroom cous cous, minestrone soup and a green salad.

Omelet

An omelet made with crumbled feta melted in,milk, sage, tarragon, thyme and rosemary beside a heap of greens — romaine lettuce with radish, tomato, mushroom, cucumbers under sun-dried tomato dressing.

Squash Bisque
