
I followed this Vegetarian Tortiere recipe in a pre-made crust.

Chopped 2 cups of mushrooms and of onion melted into 3 tablespoons of butter.

The savory leaves seemed large so I put them into the treatment centre of mortar and pestle.

As per instructions, the TVP (so soya ground dry soy in this case) went in with the bread crumbs.

And for flavor and moisture, beer. In this case de-alcoholized beer.
