Yorkshire Pancakes

Posted on Tuesday 9 January 2007

Omg, what a gut-load! That Green’s brand Yorkshire pudding mix used as a pancake must swell in the stomach. Probably really didn’t need to add leftover tea biscuits. That with some boiled carrots, peas, and white potatoes made for leftovers. (Leftover hollandaise sauce with Chinese 5 spice for a little different flavor as substitute for sandwich mayo?)

It was a pretty thing to mix up and pretty quick too. For whatever reason, it didn’t stick to the pan that everything sticks to. It saves up all its sticking for the ribs I guess.

    The plate presentation is delightful.

    Oh! The wheat rolls…yum.

I blogged about my Soup attempt as well as a raw lemon tahini dressing and sprouts!

    Hope all is well!
