The egg wrap all rolled up.

Inside lettuce, mushroom and scrambled egg, parsley, black beans and microwaved slices of sweet potato.

    That really looks good, Pearl. I might try them this weekend.

    I might try a month of vegetarian diet in Feb or March. If I do talk myself into it–your blog here will definitely be the inspiration for many of my meals. Or maybe I’ll just have a lot of rice…

    Wow, that would be a leap. The book you’re reading must be making a major impact.

    Rice only? Sounds like the vegetarian option I got at a conference once.
