Best o’ Pesto

Some homemade pesto was quick to mix from frozen bits of cilantro, dill, parsley but mostly basil. A little bit of chopped pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan were put on the pitas and grilled. Some leftover whole wheat chapati was heated up until barely crisp.

Red cabbage was stir fried with onions and anise seed. Boiled sweet peppers made a guest appearance as well.
