The characteristic cookie of New York city is the Black and White. It’s everywhere. Here’s a description of the taste nd cultural role. The recipe from Epicurious but the photo is from a bakery at 55th street and 8th Avenue. I was tempted by MarieBelle Hot Chocolate but can still order from home apparently.
