Acini di Pepe

Acini di pepe pastini looks rather like pearl cous cous (which I have a hard time sourcing. Will I have to hand roll some?). The parsley garnishes the pasta and chopped purple cabbage garnishes the boiled cauliflower. In the foreground “baby cut” carrots (that is old huge carrots cut down to resemble baby carrots but not as sweet or delicate. Got to watch fine print).
