
Some flat egg noodles got a quick cheese sauce courtesy of this new product I noticed - Velveeta in a box like cream cheese. I mixed it with milk and freshly ground black pepper to give it some flavor. It’s got a real artificial flavor to it and gumminess. Don’t expect that will be a repeat buy. It does cling to the noodles well, I’ll give it that.
Beside that hard-boiled eggs (and out of frame) a red pepper sauce across from the broccoli and cauliflower.

Even with the velveeta, your dinner looks delicious and nutritious. Everything seems so balanced and proportioned nicely. You should be a spokesperson for a nutrition campaign. If you saw the size of my meals and snacks, you’d wonder if I were a giant. .
