Using Your Noodle

Some noodles with parmesan take the foreground while the cauliflower hangs back with the roasted veggies thrown in a pan until everything else was prepped and cooked. Shallots, zucchini, button mushrooms tossed with a why-not-try-this-mix of turmeric, paprika, cardamom and fennel.

    Mmmm. The foreground looks yummy, Pearl, but I’d have to skip the caulflower.
