Eaten Up

The cafeteria was pretty good. There’s a salad bar. Got some bread sticks, some lentilly something salad, some black-eyed beans, chickpeas and red pepper in a vinaigrette and this spinach salad with mushrooms, goat cheese, roasted pecans and red grapes. That last one was very tasty. The hot chocolate got some squirts of that coffee flavoring stuff — bit of amaretto, bit of hazelnut, bit of chocolate flavoring made for a rich cocoa. Who says hospital food is bad?
