Black bean dip with cream cheese in and salsa on, whole wheat melba rounds and a pearl barley soup. It called for kinds of mushrooms but I’m mushroomed out. I flavored with shredded spinach, wakame, vidalia onion, baby carrots, celery, rosemary, parsley, bovril.
