Perogies

It’s been ages since we had potato perogies with mushroom sauce and steaming asparagus.

Porridge

Porridge with a sea of milk and loads of melting brown sugar eaten fast enough to still have the sugar crunch.

Lundberg Rice and Sweet potatoes

A vegetarian plate of fennel sprouts topped with feta and tomato, Lundberg aromatic brown rice, olive oil rosemary, thyme and sage over sweet potatoes, red potatoes, purple potatoes and sugar beets with a stir fry of snow peas, spinach, ginger and seitan.

A recipe is more a springboard than a mandate to my mind. In this case I started with Poco-Coco’s Butterscotch Bars
