
Cheese and spinach ravioli topped in a sauce that is half tomato, half spinach. The potato was sliced and grilled until puffed. The golden beet was microwaved for speed and when the sliced went to the pan they were tossed in cumin, coriander and cardamom to see if that would work. (Seemed to.) And our usual fibre and vitamin powerhouse, broccoli.
