A bit of improv cooking. All amounts are estimates.
cream:
1/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
add:
3 small bananas (this is exact)
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
big splash vanilla
small splash almond extract
stir dry:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
Mix dry into wet. I added 1 Tbs hot-pepper cocoa mixed with a little oil and water and made a stripe in the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Light texture. The almond isn’t prevalent in the taste.
