Provolone cheese sliced in a thin whole wheat bread is crisp and nice counterpoint to the stir fry. The veggies were bean sprouts, bok choy, broccoli, a hot banana pepper, a red sweet pepper, and snow peas in a french spice in olive oil quick fry.
I love stir-fries because there are so many things you can put in it.
