When I missed a couple days I thought, maybe I’ll only post weekdays not weekends from now on, but now I’ve missed all but one weekday and don’t see myself doing a post until next Monday at earliest. Seems I might be taking a short hiatus…
Feta, red onion, black olive, asparagus, mushroom, red pepper, cheese, sauce…
Parsnips with asparagus. The Yorkshire pudding crusts are filled with a layer of sauce made from veggie bouillon, almond milk and browned flour. The rest of the cup is filled with cremeni and oyster mushooms. The noodles are gluten free with cheese sauce.
Whole wheat gnocchi, topped with mushrooms, parmesan and towards the back those asparagi. That artificially colored cheese of the cheese bread is a bit alarming but the doughy bread tasted good in a not-good-for-you way.
Various kinds of mushrooms folded in foil, herbs and olive oil and roasted. It’s served on a zucchini. In front is the stir-water fried bok choy, orange and unripe bell peppers, onion and broccoli.
Most valuable plated-food award goes to breakfast, in this case strawberry special K and applesauce with almond milk.
Yorkshire pudding filled with salsa, dill pickles and cheese and mushroom omelet with peppers.
