A few days ago, the Canadian Film Institute had a European Film Fest. Some embassies provide a complementary sample of the food and drink after the film. This buffet and film was Danish. A lot of cheeses, mulled spiced syrup around dried fruit and nuts, pickled veggies and hard dense breads.
