I mixed up some berbere spice mix, a different sort of recipe with tomato, oil, water and alcohol (I substituted equal amount of brandy for the red wine). It was put with its fire (woo, that’s a lot of hot peppers) in a tomato sauce with tofu. Over the other part of novelty heart pasta is Ethipian lentil bowl beside the palate soothing green salad.
