Salad

The mixed greens tossed with clementines and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. In the background yellow fingerling potatoes, broccoli and fettucini with fresh grated black pepper.

Naan

Baked yogurt-cheese naan with cream cheese, cheddar and kale and oregano pesto. Quick and hot.

Pizza

When thin crust and whole wheat and hardly any cheese, topped with spinach, black olives, fresh mushrooms, herbs, it more ressembles a salad, although less so when cooked.

It’s gotten to the point that I’ve come to expect a broccoli pizza offering at restaurants.
