
Injera with two toppings. One is lentil bowl, but I used brown lentils instead of red and less than a whole head of garlic.

I made a sort of doro wat without the chicken using a whole spanish onion, cooked in butter until translucent, using this berbere spice sauce, except using an equal amount of brandy instead of red wine and adjusting hotness with more tomato paste.
