Collard Green Collared beside Taters

My camera sometimes threatens to give up the ghost with lines in the viewer, and now in the images too. Birthday’s a long number of meals away…we’ll see how this goes.

Collard greens cooked with spanish onion and balsamic vinegar, potatoes whipped with dill and almond milk, button mushroom quartered and tossed with parmesan and pureed parsley.
