Asparagus

Tabouli with extra mint among the parsley, murshrooms in thin buttery sauce over the brown and short grain rice mix with our good friend asparagus. Which reminds me going out shopping with a friend and going ooh, that looks good, to the asparagus, and the carrots, and parsnips, and zucchini and English cucumber. No theme there I’m sure, despite his sputtering laughter.
