Carrot Soup is the Tops

cous cous with pistachios, currants and hazelnuts, okra butter-fired with onion, carrots soup with sprinkling of mozzarella and spelt-seed-pita.

For My Honey – Brunchy

Whole wheat “bagel” [ya call that fluffy thing a bagel?], hard boiled egg and black bean salad of black bean, onion, celery and grape tomato marinated in some olive oil and lemon juice with a toss of black pepper.

Black Bean Salad

Cous cous with currants, pistachios, hazelnuts, baked sweet potato and onion and mushroom. A quick black bean salad from half a can of black beans, half a package of grape tomatoes, some crumbled feta, olive oil and lemon to taste.

Taking a Quick Dip

Movie night’s alternative to popcorn. Almond paste dip for all manner of healthy things.
