A Mainstay Meal to Keep us Afloat

Pearl couscous boiled with mushrooms and zucchini, pasta with plain tomato sauce and a meatless loaf of origins forgotten (freezer-find) fried.

And since we were good, chocolate cheese cake.

Injera

Injera with two toppings. One is lentil bowl, but I used brown lentils instead of red and less than a whole head of garlic.
