Fresh

If ingredients are fresh, it doesn’t matter what you make – take simplicity – focaccia, olives, tomato, virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mozzarina, for a minute of bread, it’s summer again.

Artichoke

the edible thistle
good substitute for movie popcorn
or for peanuts in shell
steamed for 25-40 minutes until the outer leafs pull off easily.

Striped Pizza

Whole wheat crust decorated with the feta-white sauce and tomato sauce (with the last dribble of salsa). Really need to do groceries soon.

Add some more feta, romano, green peppers, pre-cooked mushrooms and spanish onion and voila.

Wrap and Roll

Boiled red potatoes, green beans and a wrap of refried beans, green onion, lettuce, white sauce and tomato.

Fettuccine

white sauce with romano cheese, feta and basil
and the usual other players of the plate

That’s a wrap

Multigrain flatbread with flax seed wrapped around 4% allegro cheese, tomato, onions and beans mashed with cumin.

Happy Easter

Devilled egg, scalloped potatoes, peas, cranberries (that come out of can with a slurp), tea biscuits and strawberry jello with floating canned fruit.
