Avocado salad

Avocado, cucumber and tomato cut into chunks mixed with mayo. On the side is asparagus and green beans.
One day starch, one day vegggies…that’s balancing a diet isn’t it?

Scones at the Scone Witch were delish. I have to get back there again soon. Beside(s) that, a sandwich with a cream cheese, cucumber and tomato sandwich from Bread & Roses.
Lookie that. I have been doing this blog for 2 years and 2 weeks now. My first post had teeny tiny photos.

It has some vitamins and some mushroom sauce over the asparagus ravioli on the side. The sauce was thickened with ground almonds, perhaps not entirely effectively.

With spinach-cheese filling. The red pepper tomato sauce rather overpowered the delicate things. Something lighter next time…
