
Seitan in a tomato-garam-masala mix, spinach and Israeli cous cous salad which is roughly this recipe but I put in way too much garlic so it will come back again diluted and with some veggies mixed in it.

grilling grape tomatoes. The recipe called for roasting them to dehydrated at low heat for an hour but I couldn’t see my doing a meal a couple hours in advance.

I’ve had couscous but never the Isreali variety.
