Zucchini Boats

Bread stuffing in zucchini boats beside seitan with garam masala sauce and spinach.

After steaming the zucchini and before baking scoop out and stuff with filling (below).

Torn rosemary and garlic bread, roasted garlic chopped, orange bell pepper, rose peppercorns or red peppercorns, Worcester sauce, olive oil, 2 year old cheddar, romano cheese and black pepper.

Stuffed flatbread

Toasted flax multigrain whole wheat pita, stuffed with white cheddar, roasted red peppers, stir fried onions and mushrooms.

Breakfast

Mango and Bruschetta with salsa, 2 year old cheddar on whole wheat baguette. Let’s look at that closer.

And topped with romano cheese.

Spilling the beans

Green beans with peanut butter, tahini, hot pepper, lemon and black pepper. Alfalfa sprout salad and baguette.

Parsnips, asparagus, orzo tossed in basil and pine nuts but I guess the basil is on the flip side from this shot.
