Artichoke ribbons from Eden Organic is made with durum wheat, Jerusulum artichoke powder and spinach powder. That’s topped with pesto with asparagus on the side.
I’d like to say what we ate, but I can’t exactly. Chinatown supermarket finds – pastry, hazelnut, asian pears and some hot sweet and sour tamarind.

powerhouse breakfast sandwich with tofu and sprouts at cafe xpresso on George St near Rideau is good but the pie was really good.
I didn’t mention this Memories restaurant pie before, did I? Insane, something like 32 apples per pie with (really good) vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
