With a base of Thai hot sauce, a soup was born of blender and pot. (As in cooking pot not as in…you know)
Sweet red pepper, apple, shallots and thai hot pepper broth and walnuts and sour cream because why not?
Red, yellow and purple potatoes roasted in virgin olive oil, herbs, and sea salt. Beside that the onions, asparagus and broccoli roasted inside foil with butter and herbs and a little white wine.
With white wine still left over from July 1st, what to do. Once we had leftover champagne and it makes a great carpet cleaner for red spills…no spills. Sauce it is then.
Broccoli, ravioli stuffed with asparagus/cheese, sauce of mushrooms made with vidalia onion, butter and white wine and a tiny bit of thyme.
And in the messy department of food, this Cream Cheese dessert came out of the oven like this:
But propping it up in the bicycle basket only changed it visually. Still rich good.
I’m not sure if this blog is dormant or dead. I’ll give it another go and see how it flows.

In Quebec I even saw it as a Lay’s potato chip flavor…I didn’t dare try that one.
