It turned out well, this salsa and yogurt that had gone off in the fridge. It forced me to look around. Used up the rest of the mushrooms, half a Vidalia onion in butter until softened. Plucked some thyme, carmelized them with onions with golden sugar and balsamic vinegar. Half a jar of frozen Devon cream to make a sauce.
