Wholely Saladfying

Boiled red potatoes (with enough extra to make up some salad with mayo and fresh chives), quinoa shiitake salad from Contemporary Cuisine, whole wheat pita and broccoli.

Pack a Lunch

Yesterday’s rice and cauliflower with an apple and some homemade minestrone soup, heavy on the carrot and celery.

Wild Rice against the Rain

Lundberg Wild blend rice, orange cauliflower and some boiled broccoli. The rice was mixed with walnuts, balsamic vingegar and frozen cranberries.
