Green and Yellow by Evening

Stir fried green and yellow zucchini in udo oil and chopped tomato, curried apple-squash and gnocchi with cheese crumbles.

Sandwich

Leek fried egg on toasted rye bread with caraway seeds and tomato.

Stir Fry and Hurry Curry

Quick-cook brown rice, green beans and a curry beside a sort of stir fry. The curry was chopped apple and chopped acorn squash turned in cumin and a tahi curry.
The veggies were yellow and green zucchini, white onions, celery, button mushrooms, red bell pepper in olive oil. Seasoned with balsamic vinegar and rosemary.

Pizza Nite

Pizza with black olives, green and yellow zuccini, onion, mushroom…it’s like Lady in Red, never the same way twice…

Pancakes

Moulin Abenakis multigrain pancake mix, either because of its mix (millet, barley, rye, buckwheat, sunflower, corn flour and wheat flour) or the almond milk, has a crumbly texture that made flipping not usual. (Maybe I can use the mix for squares or bread instead?)
