Crepes

The crepes with almond milk and a little more water than suggested. Filling of feta, spinach, black pepper and red bell peppers. Stew #3

Mushroom cous cous, stew and spinach in the remaining clean dish of the house, a platter. In take 3 of corn stew, I made a new base of celery, golden delicious apples, pearl onions, mushroom and boiled that down and added vodka cream tomato sauce to a frozen batch of corn soup.

Dumplings

( All )

Chinese-styled dumplings with cabbage and carrot inside. (In other words, not quite as starchy as it looks.) Humus and cream cheese, crackers and celery.

Old El Paso Taco, Vegetarian

( All )

Topped with onion, coriander, cheese, tomato. Considered spinach instead of lettuce but tasted fine without more greens. With, instead of hamburg, zucchini and mushrooms cooked in the spice/sauce mixture(with cumin and coriander added). Some avocado on top. Good tasting by either sense of taste.

Linguine

( All )

Tired of white sauces and tomato sauces thus, bare noodle (wait, that sounds rude) with cheese (even more so) beside a tossed salad (arg) of arugula, spinach, avocado with sesame salad dressing.

Pizza

( All )

The other half of the pizza dough… Onions caramelized in balsamic vinegar, pickled capers, pickled artichokes, mushrooms, savory, oregano and mozzarella. 7-8 minutes on convection at 425.
