Freshly-baked home made Parisian baguette, sliced Bottled bruchetta topping Sprinkled with crumbled unripened goat cheese Each piece topped-off by a sprig of thyme from the container on our balcony Bon appetito!
Guest blogger Brian here again. My favourite sandwiches are definitely grilled paninis, made on those heavy compression grill contraptions. Here, we have a roasted vegetable panini prepared at our neighbourhood coffee shop, XpressO. Delicious!
