Bri-chetta

Hello again blogosphere, it’s guest blogger Brian (”Bri”) back again, this time featuring my pan-European Bri-chetta.

Freshly-baked home made Parisian baguette, sliced
Bottled bruchetta topping
Sprinkled with crumbled unripened goat cheese
Each piece topped-off by a sprig of thyme from the container on our balcony
