Trail mix oatmeal with various fruits and nuts (including raisins, dried pineapple and banana and walnuts and hazelnuts). Those were thrown in at the start along with cardamom, cinnamon and coriander. The oatmeal was Scottish steel cut that takes about 20-25 minutes so all the nuts can soften a bit too. Topped with almond milk, brown sugar and sprinkles.
