Homemade Loaf

Hubby made some bread.

how's it rising?
18-hour no-knead rising and slow baking, slow cooling makes for a montreal-bagel-style chew of a loaf.

Spinach, cucumber, tomato.

Fruit salad. I decided I liked variety of food but maybe it’s more that I dislike most food so rotate among lesser-liked. Fruit salad I could have a few times a week. Pizza without cheese piled with veggies as well. Maybe intuitively I was steering away from higher repetition of dairy without knowing I was avoiding it.
