Soup’s On

Hot, spicy soup – red onion, mushrooms and baby bok choi, navy beans and the veggies (carrot, celeriac and green beans) cooked with a broth of garam marsala and berbere. Aren’t leftovers wonderful. Within 5 minutes in the door and hot food is ready.

Celeriac, yes. What an unlikely looking food source. It sucked up all the red of the spices. Rather like tofu, it sponged in the flavours too.
