Funny, do a blog daily, and think, blog. Take weekends off and forget I ever started one.
Rainbow chard barely cooked on top of some onion with a daub of margarine, a splash of rice vinegar and a few walnuts. Broccoli cooked 3-4 minutes then lime juice squeezed over, fresh garden tomatoes, and fresh garden dill stirred with vegganaise into the cukes.
This well-balanced plain good simple chocolate cake, no eggs, no egg substitute. I wonder if one time I’ll want to try it using some hot pepper oil in it to make it sort of a Mexican-chocolate cake.
It has a no-butter, buttercream made with butter stick substitute. Sub-butter worries me tho. Leave it in warm room overnight and it still doesn’t soften much. Odd. But anyway, instead of straight frosting I mixed in some toasted cinnamon and cocoa too.
