2-3 eggs
breading:
1/4 cup unseasoned browned flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
marjoram to taste

A variant with dried cranberries and maple syrup of this western Canada food:
Turnip Puff
1 large turnip cubed and cooked (or 3 cups mashed)

Whipped potatoes, boiled veggies and fresh buns. Perhaps this one:

Torqued the cilantro buns to be whole wheat, 6-grain flour, spinach and tofu (vegan feta with basil) instead of white flour, cilantro and cow feta.

Made a variant on Jean Paré’s Chocolate Walnut Slice.

all head of broccoli, tops cut into small florets
most of a tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
shake of red pepper flakes
splash of white wine vinegar
