What if we have something for sushi and something for fajitas and hybridize them?
Some sticky rice, some grilled red peppers, some spinach and flour tortillas, bit of cucumber and instead of wasabi some hot peppers, frozen peas and red peppers pureed. Rolled up, it is tasty with texture. I could roll them tighter I suppose.
Bruschetta, in the U.S. sense, with some cucumbers and dill, onion and mayo for a quick salad. Light enough that it may call for some pudding later.
A bit of oil, lemon, onion, celery and some mixed beans and a crust of bread.
John was craving delicate cucumber sandwiches. The freshness of fresh bread, soft butter and English cucumbers got to me. I made some with some white flour tortillas. Quite addictive little things.

All the kinds of cheeses in the house, romano, parmesan, cheddar, 4% allegro, mozzarella and some veggies wedged in there for more goodness…asparagus and slices of zucchini.
Parsnips on the side of a kaiser sandwich, no, a manwich, made from the canned tomato sauce for sloppy joes and So Soya + ground veggie burger (i.e. dried soy flour made into a dehydrated crumble). “Fun piled on a bun.”
