Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprout cooking order is pleasantly changed with a bit of pureed ginger dropped in the cooking water. Tastes good too. The mushrooms were topped with a drizzle of olive oil and a scattering of parmesan and grilled until brown. The spaghetti was topped with hot pepper and sweet pepper tomato sauce.

Trofie

Here’s a recipe to make your own trofie with pesto. With broccoli and peas, a grating of cheese, twisted bits of pasta tossed with virgin olive oil and pine nuts, basil, parsley and parmesan.

Slippery Egg Noodles

The egg noodles beside the peas get some flavor from frying onion and sesame seeds and tossing them with sesame dressing. It made them slippery but tasty.
